The focus of this training is on how to plan, prepare, and present meetings and outings that are increasingly fun while having positive outcomes. Initially this training can be promoted through Scouting America channels like On Scouting, territory training leads, and commissioner service. The online course would best be instituted in conjunction with other basic Scout leader trainings through Scouting U. The syllabus for the weekend session is ready for publication.
