Teaching Outdoor Skills

Through the contributions from seasoned SMEs, providing relevant input during the updating of existing outdoor skill-related training programs, we can more effectively teach basic and advanced outdoor skills to both youth and adult members of our movement.

1. Coordinating with Scouting U, National Training Committee, Scouts BSA Committee.

2. Ensure that IOLS is much more fun and activity-based, as well as revamped to make it more relevant and useful.)

3. Ensure the NYLT, NAYLE, Wood Badge team building opportunities include challenges that incorporate outdoor skills.
